What happens after I submit this form?

Do I need my full timeline worked out to inquire?
No. Date, venue and a rough guest count are enough to check availability. The timeline, song list and production details get built together on the consult call and refined in the planning sessions that follow.
Is my date still available?
The form is the fastest way to find out. Peak dates from October through April tend to be claimed 12 to 18 months ahead, but cancellations and open weekends happen — it costs nothing to ask.
Do you hold a date while we decide?
Yes. A tentative hold goes on the calendar while you review the quote, and the date is confirmed once the agreement is signed and the deposit is in. Holds are courtesy, not exclusive, so a signed agreement is what actually secures the day.
